Hybrid Coaching combines the best of in-person and online coaching providing you with the hands on support and additional accountability of an in-person session with the flexibility of online coaching. You can receive the highest quality in-person coaching and then spend the remainder of the week following your online plan in order to implement and practice what you've learned.

  • A Personal Trainer in Your Pocket: The Fitr app is your all-in-one hub for success. View video demonstrations for every exercise, log your workouts in real time, and submit videos for expert technique analysis. You can also track key metrics like strength and body composition, so you can see your progress in clear numbers.

  • Personalised Nutrition: Fuel your progress with a nutrition plan that is practical, sustainable and built around your lifestyle. You’ll receive detailed guidance and goal-focused recommendations to help you get the most out of every workout.

  • Built-in Accountability & Support: You're never alone on this journey. Benefit from weekly one-on-one check-ins to stay motivated and adjust your plan as needed. Plus, you have access to me every day through the app, so you can always get the guidance and encouragement you need, whenever you need it.
