Hybrid Coaching combines high-quality in-person coaching with the flexibility of online training. In-person sessions are used to refine technique, build confidence, and set clear training priorities, while your online plan ensures consistent progress between sessions.

This approach gives you expert guidance where it matters most, without needing to be in the gym multiple times per week.

 

What’s Included With Hybrid Coaching:

  • Hands-On Expertise: You’ll receive a fully personalised training plan delivered through your app, built around your goals, schedule, and available equipment. You’ll always know what to do, how to do it, and why it matters.

  • A Personal Trainer in Your Pocket: The Fitr app is your central coaching hub. Access exercise video demonstrations, log workouts in real time, submit videos for technique feedback, and track key performance metrics such as strength and body composition.

  • Personalised Nutrition: Receive practical, sustainable nutrition guidance tailored to your lifestyle and goals, with clear recommendations to support performance, recovery, and body composition.

  • Built-in Accountability & Support: Regular one-to-one check-ins keep your training and nutrition aligned with your goals. You’ll also have ongoing access to me through the app for support, feedback, and plan adjustments whenever needed.

Hybrid Coaching is available with monthly, fortnightly, or weekly in-person sessions.
