Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training is simply personal training in a small group of up to 4 people. It is cost effective, which often means you can do more weekly sessions with your trainer and therefore learn at a faster rate and make quicker improvements. You also benefit from having other people around you which can increase your motivation, adherence and enjoyment as well as introduce you to new, like-minded people. ​Within each group, every individual will follow a similar program with adjustments being made to suit each individual's abilities. ​
