A Bit About Me
From the age of 14 when I first stepped into a gym, fitness has played a huge part in my life. It enhanced my performance in sport, increased my self confidence, elevated my mood, improved my health, changed my appearance, introduced me to lots of new people and significantly changed the quality of my life.

It is my goal to make this 'miracle cure' accessible to everyone. I've worked with hundreds of people including: teenagers, young professionals, semi professional athletes, recent mums and mums to be, over 50's and everyone in-between. It's not where you are now that's important - it's where you want to get to.
